Symptoms

Get error "API method refreshToken failed:  Missing grant_type parameter value" when clicking "Get E-Signature Status" button on Document Management page in Tools 8.60.11.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management 
2. Open a contract
3. Click Get e-Signature Status button
Issue : Receive Error

API method refreshToken failed: Missing grant_type parameter value
