The employee and employer deductions for one employee are both incorrect for Dental but are consistent from one check to the next. No arrears is taken although it should be.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Calculate a payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
     2. Review the employee's paycheck to see the incorrect deductions (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck).
