Symptoms

Waiver is setup with a Max amount but tuition calculation is posting amounts greater than the Max allowed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Setup Fee Code and assign Waivers to the Fee Code
  2. Run tuition calculation.
