Symptoms

Administrators are unable to access or view approved or denied documents via the Administer Approvals page. When they click on the blank line under Dependent Documents Details and then select View Attachment on the subsequent page, they encounter the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in as a Self Service Employee and add or modify a dependent. Navigate to: Employee Self Service > Benefit Details tile > Dependent/Beneficiary.
  2. Provide all necessary documentation, including any documents that require approval.
  3. Sign out and sign in as a Benefits Administrator.
  4. Go to the Approvals tile.
  5. Select the Administer Approvals option and approve the request.
  6. Re-select the approved request.
  7. Click on the blank line under the Dependent Documents details section.
  8. Click on View Attachment on the next page.
