E-CM: Importing Environment Using PeopleSoft Cloud Manager Fails with "Error : JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found."

Symptoms
When trying to Import an Environment using CM, the step "Crawl Linux MT Instance" fails with:
Error : JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found.
Error seen in psp.log from Appserver logs:
<DATE/TIME> [Thread-0] DEBUG com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.dao.EnvironmentImportDao [] - entry present for 402631
<DATE/TIME> [Thread-0] DEBUG com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.ImportUtility [] - taskError is JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found.
<DATE/TIME> [Thread-0] DEBUG com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.ImportUtility [] - errorType is JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found.
<DATE/TIME> [Thread-0] DEBUG com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.ImportUtility [] - taskError is JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found.
<DATE/TIME> [Thread-0] DEBUG com.peoplesoft.pa.cl.envimport.ImportUtility [] - errorType is JSONObject["pia_https_port"] not found.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Initiate the Environment Import using Cloud Manager.
2. See the error at step - "Crawl Linux MT Instance".
