Symptoms
RE_TXN_INTFC process not kicking off CA_PROC_OND for Receivable Leases for some users.
Replication Steps:
1.Create a new Receivables leases.(Lease Administration > Receivables Leases > Create new receivables lease)
2. Run RE_GENTRANS process (Lease Administration > Integrations > Manage Transaction Generator)
3. Run RE_TXN_INTFC process (Lease Administration > Integrations > Manage Interface to AP/Billing) which calls CA_PROC_OND process.
