Symptoms
System throws below error when user try to upload attachments to bid on a sourcing event.
This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a user id with '*' like "ABC*" as bidder user or supplier user. Navigation: Suppliers > Supplier Registration > Register Bidders.
2. Create a public sourcing event and post . Navigation : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details.
3. From Supplier Portal,login as bidder/supplier user to bid on the event from bidding opportunities tile . Navigation : Supplier Secure Home Page > Bidding Opportunities.
4. Try to Attach a file . Error.
