In PT 8.60 when using the Company Info section in the branding header and when  clicking on the muted search bar in the header of a classic page, causes the global search bar to overlap the top section of the header, where the Company Info banner is rendered.

E.g. When one clicks on the muted search bar, the expanded search bar displays over the Company Info Banner which becomes hidden under the search box.

When you click on the search bar on a Fluid homepage, however, the search bar displays at the bottom of the whole header and do not overlaps.

Expected is that search bar behavior should be consistent across all headers, both Fluid and Classic headers.
