Symptoms

When running Process SFP Messages and the SFP Message Pull (SCC_SFP_PULL) Application Engine Process, to pull Disbursement information from SFP to Campus Solutions, the resulting .XML shows the 'DisbursementCriteriaOverrideIndicator' Tag is always populated with 'false' as the value, including when the configuration or data in the SFP system indicates the value should be reported as 'true'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages; populate the parameters and run the process for the SFP Message Pull (SCC_SFP_PULL) Application Engine.
2. Review the resulting .XML and note the values for DisbursementCriteriaOverrideIndicator populated in the file.
3. Identify a student to compare in the SFP system that shows the value should be reported as 'true'. (Note that details on specific steps or other information relating to the SFP system are outside the scope of articles documenting the integration functionality in Campus Solutions.)
