Symptoms

When accessing the Element Trace Viewer Page, the following error(s) thrown:

Built-in function Date3 parameter 1 is invalid.
GP_AUDIT_WRK.FUNCLIB.FieldFormula Name: Format_Date PCPC:727 Statement: 9
Called from: GP_AUD_INDX_TBL.CHAR_VAL.RowInit Statement: 2

Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing.
GP_AUDIT_WRK.FUNCLIB.FieldFormula Name: LoadIndex PCPC:17735 Statement: 143
Called from: GP_AUD_MAIN_FL.GBL.PostBuild Statement: 36

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Element Trace Viewer.
  2. Choose a calendar group to review.
  3. Experience the error as indicated above.
