Symptoms
When accessing the Element Trace Viewer Page, the following error(s) thrown:
Built-in function Date3 parameter 1 is invalid.
GP_AUDIT_WRK.FUNCLIB.FieldFormula Name: Format_Date PCPC:727 Statement: 9
Called from: GP_AUD_INDX_TBL.CHAR_VAL.RowInit Statement: 2
Error in PeopleCode ScrollSelect processing.

Steps to reproduce:
- Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Element Trace Viewer.
- Choose a calendar group to review.
- Experience the error as indicated above.
