E-PIA: Saved Searches do not Show up in "Saved Searches" Box on Configurable Search Page (Doc ID 3040215.1)

Symptoms

Users perform a search on a custom page then save search using Save Search feature in Configurable Search. However, the page does not show up in the saved searches' drop down list.
The saved search pages do show up in the tables PS_PTS_SAVEDSEARCH and PS_PTS_SAVEDSRCH_D.
