Symptoms
ISIR_00_2_EC .IWD_CORRECTIONS, ISIR_00_2_EC .IWD_HIGHLIGHT, and ISIR_00_2_EC .IWD_DATA_VERIFY needs to be 226 bytes but are only 195 therefore these fields are missing 30 pieces of data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Review Go to https://fsapartners.ed.gov/sites/default/files/2023-11/2024-25ISIRNov2023.xlsx and note there are 226 fields of corrections, verify, and highlights.
2. Review the record.field definitions and note the differences.
