Program Enrollment: CAFs With Large LOV Tables Are Slow (Doc ID 3040335.1)

 After adding Person Table as a CAF to the Academic Item Registry the Academic Item Registry page is getting extremely slow.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Load the CAF values.
2) Load a record that has CAF values entered (Records and Enrollment -> Activity Management -> Academic Item Registry)
3) Add a new effective date to a record that has CAF Value entered.
