E-OS: Getting Error "java.net.SocketTimeoutException: 20,000 milliseconds timeout on connection http-outgoing-1 [ACTIVE]" When Trying to Search in Global Search (Doc ID 3040472.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.60 version, OpenSearch

When attempting to search in Global Search, the system just spins. No results are returned.
The following errors are observed in OpenSearch cluster log file (<OS_HOME>/logs/<OSClusterName>.log), at around the time of the error.

The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Perform a Search in Global Search.
2. Observe that the system just spins.
3. Check the OpenSearch log file for the error.
