Symptoms
When attempting to search on Control Group Update Status, the following error occurs.
Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)
The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values. You can see the allowable values by pressing the Prompt button of hyperlink associated with field, which is currently focused.

Steps:
1. Go to Accounts Payable > Control Groups > Control Group Update Status.
2. Populate User ID using the current user and click Search -> No error will be encountered.
3. Populate User ID using a different user and click Search -> Error is encountered.
