Symptoms
An error is received when changing the Country on the Bank Branch Information > Address Information page.
ERROR
GetField: Field 'CNTRY_STAT_TBL.VAT_CNTRY_2CHAR' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) BANK_BRANCHPNL.GBL.BANK_BRANCH_TBL.COUNTRY.FieldChange PCPC:199 Statement:5
The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name.
Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct it as appropriate.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
1. Main Menu > Banking > Banks and Branches > Bank Branch Information
2. Click the Address Information hyperlink
3. Address Information page, click the Change Country hyperlink
4. Look Up Country page, select a Country
5. Above error occurs
