Symptoms
The below error occurs while creating the Requisition by clicking on "eProcurement" tile Home Page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on "eProcurement" tile Home Page
2. Click "Create Requisition" tile
3. Select "Special Requests" in left-side menu options
4. Enter Item Description, Price, Qty, UoM, and Category.
5. Click "Add to Cart" button at bottom of page. Error Message appears.
