Each Time The Run-ID Is Used To Start The APT Enrollment Process The Process is Slow (Doc ID 3041513.1)

Symptoms

Each time the run-ID is used to start the APT enrollment process, rows are added in the TGT table, which is never emptied.

When opening the component again after that, numerous SQL's are being executed per row in the TGT table for that operator/run-ID and performance is decline.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the APT enrollment process using the same run Control ID.
2. Note after several times, the performance starts to decline.
