Symptoms
Received error message when a new conversation is saved on the Conversations tab, but not when the conversation is saved on the References tab.

REPLICATION STEPS:
---------------------------
1. Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Conversations > Add/Update Conversations.New conversation when saved at the Conversations tab.
2. SAVE on Conversations tab and go to References tab.Add Reference ID, Reference Business Unit, Customer ID/Deposit ID, Item Line, then SAVE.
3. Data being updated does not exist error pops up.
4: No error message when SAVED at the Reference tab.
