E-PIA: Configurable Search Error "No Matching Values" After Returning To Search (Doc ID 3041789.1)

Symptoms

Search Page for Create Contract Releases returns no results after Return to Search has been clicked

Customer note:

The problem appears to be the VERSION_NBR field on the search record CNTRCT_SRCH2. It is adding the criteria "AND VERSION_NBR=0" to the search SQL after Return to Search has been clicked.
Changing CNTRCT_SRCH2.VERSION_NBR to a Search Key field has no effect on the search page.

Expected to be able to search any contract

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supplier Contracts > Contract Release Processes > Create Contract Releases
2. Search for contract COLOM/0000000000000000000000603
3. The component automatically opens the contract. Click the Return to Search button. (Current version 1)
4. Search for contract COLOM/0000000000000000000000604. No results found.
