Symptoms
When attempting to access Review ABBR (Annual Benefit Base Rate) page, the following error is triggered:

You are not authorized to access this component (40,20).

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Administrator navigates to Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information > Review ABBRs).
2. When employee is selected from search list, the error displays on line.
