Symptoms

When the user attempts to run the Bill Cancellation (SFPUNPRC ) process, the following error occurred.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Financials > Bill Customers > Cancel Invoice > Bill Cancellation
  2. Add New Run Control ID
  3. Enter Business Unit, Run Option, External Org ID,Invoice Number and Billing Cancellation Log Option
  4. Run the Bill Cancellation (SFPUNPRC) Process
  5. Verify the Log
