Symptoms
When attempting to clone an imported environment in PS Cloud Manager,
the following error occurs.
"Source PDB not listed in database system. The PeopleCode program executed an Error statement, which has produced this message."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a pdb on db cloud service with all lowercase name
2. Import the database to create the environment
3. Clone the imported environment to see the error
