Symptoms

After a student Budget is built, if a new row is manually inserted causes the Housing values on the Student Detail on STDNT_TERM_BDGT to disappear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run a student through batch budgeting to get an initial budget.
  2. Then go into Maintain Term Budgets and Check the Student Detail on the link to see the housing value.
  3. Under Budget Group click the + to insert a new row. (Click the + sign after the last budget item)
  4. Select a new category and item code to add to budget.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click the Student Detail link again and look for Housing value.
