Symptoms
When hiring an employee using the Create Employee Tile, Person and Job Data details are entered and then moving back to Person Data step to make some edits and then going back to Job Data looses all the job data information that the user had entered.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Workforce Administration > Manage Human Resources > Create Employee
2. Enter person data and job data
3. Go to person data step and job data step again
