Symptoms
In 2021 (PUM Image 38) the new legislative change for the City of Eugene Oregon Safety Payroll Tax Quarterly Reporting File was delivered.
The SQR tax870eu.sqr was delivered to create the new quarterly report file that was required for Eugene.
Recently the transmission version that is hard-coded in this SQR tax870eu.sqr has changed by the City of Eugene and needs to be updated.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America > U.S. Quarterly Processing > Quarterly Reports > Other Quarterly Reporting > Create Qtrly Wage File Eugene
2. Enter required information, including Company and Source Bank ID
3. Click Run
4. Collect the file from the file location.
5. Review the file which says :transmissionVersion="EPYSEV101">
6. Attempt to send the file to Eugene failed as the transmissionVersion should now be 'EPYSEV102'.
Changes
Legislative requirements were changed by the City of Eugene for submitting the file.
