Symptoms

Open Enrollment Insights are blank - no results are displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Deploy and Build the Open Enrollment Insight Indexes for the following search definition.  Navigation: PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration.
       HC_BEN_OE_EOI
       HC_BEN_OE_ENROLL
       HC_BEN_OE_CURR
       HC_BEN_OE_ATTACH
       HC_BEN_OE_APPR
       HC_BEN_OE_AG
  2. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Manage Benefits > Open Enrollment Insights.
