Symptoms
After applying patch details: (Release 9.2 = Bug 36590553), the same error occurr:
XML parser error CreateXmlDoc (159,5) TR_FORMAT.Utilities.BankStmtUtils.OnExecute Name:LoadFile P CPC:10415 Statement:193 Called from:BSP_IMPORT.PROCESS.GBL.default.1900-01-01.FILELOOP.OnExecute Statement:59
STEPS
1. Execute the Import Financial Sanctions List process
(Menu > Banking > Financial Sanctions > Import Financial Sanctions List)Note: Import Type is HTTP and File download is using Integration Node
2. Check the recent patch for XML parser error applied in the environment.
(PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > View Updates by Update ID)
3. Process runs to ‘No Success’ Message Log:
TR_FORMAT.Utilities.BankStmtUtils.OnExecute
