Symptoms

Unable to create Budget Journal for a Business Unit and certain Ledger Groups.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Navigate to Commitment Control > Budget Journals > Enter Budget Journals.
2.  Enter Business Unit CP010.
3.  In Ledger Group field, look up for either APPROP or ORG, which are not found.
