The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 Go to My Requisition tile
2. Search by BU 'WCGEN'
3. Select requisition id: '0000000036'
4. Click on line detail arrow.
5. Getting the error message:
Field does not exist -- PO_LINE_FS.CNTRCT_ID.
