Onboarding Status Should Not Have The Mark Complete Buttons Available When Looking at a "Not Started" Status (Doc ID 3043779.1)

Symptoms

If an Administrator looks up an employee who has not started the onboarding process, the "Mark Complete" button should not be available


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. From the Workforce Administrator homepage, select the HR Administration tile > Onboarding > Onboarding Status
2. Select “Not Started” status and do search
3. Select the first employee.
4. Mark a couple items complete by selecting Mark Complete button.
5. Exit out and select a different employee that has not started the Onboarding
6. Notice that the status and last update timestamp are changed reflecting the changes made to the previous employee.
