Symptoms

Search Match failing when importing employees from Campus Solutions


Steps to replicate the issue:
1. In Campus Solutions , Create a person with a name that search will not find in HCM so import button will be enabled in HCM Search Match.
    Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person.
2. In HCM , Change Search Parameter to PSCS_TRAD_RESUL.First Name , Last Name
    Workforce Administration>Personal Information> Search Match Internal / External , From results, select PSCS_TRADTIONAL.
3. Hit Search and then click on import button. Click Yes. Add Person failed error displays.
