Symptoms
After associating a Maintenance Management Service Request to an existing Work Order, clicking the "Return to Inbox" link, does not work.
Replication Steps:
1) Navigate to Agent Service Request (Maintenance Management >Service Request Management > Agent Service Request).
2) Click any service request which has Asset associated to it.
3) Click the button Associate to existing WO.
4) Click the link "return to inbox" on this page.
Result: It kept spinning and nothing happens.
