Generate Pell LEU Reports Fails With Error 'Invalid date value, Field Name PG_DATE_OF_BIRTH_O After Applying the Fix for Bug 36599334 - PELL PDF REPORTS NOT UPDATED WITH SAI & IASG FLAG CHANGES (Doc ID 3045524.1)

Symptoms

After applying the fix for Bug 36599334 -PELL PDF REPORTS NOT UPDATED WITH SAI & IASG FLAG CHANGES, the Generate Pell LEU Reports for Aid Year 2025 fails With Error 'Invalid date value, Field Name PG_DATE_OF_BIRTH_O' message.  The changes delivered in this bug fix addressed this issue but the same error occurs after applying the fix.  The Generate Pell LEU Report for Aid Year 2024 runs successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid, Pell Payment,  LEU Reports, Generate Pell LEU Reports;
  2. Populate the run control and submit the process to the process schedule
  3. Click 'Process Monitor' to verify the status; then click 'Details' and 'View Log/Trace' and the output file in the file list to see the detailed messages.



Changes

The fix for Bug 36599334 -PELL PDF REPORTS NOT UPDATED WITH SAI & IASG FLAG CHANGES had been applied.
