Symptoms
After importing PGYR23OP.001 file from COD, then running Pell Year To Date Reports, Report FA871, the process is returning no results
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load PGYR23OP.001 File Management --> Import Federal Data Files
2. Pell Payment --> Year To Date Reports --> YTD Originations
3. Use an existing Run Control ID or Create a new one.
4. Once in the page update the parameters.
5. Run the process and review the results of the report via the Report Manager
