Symptoms
When trying to send outbound notification from Case, end-user gets error:
SQL.Fetch: object isn't open on a select. (2,288) RBC_PROCESS.Email.OnExecute
Name:ProcessCMWithTemplates PCPC:2851 Statement:53
Called from:ERMS.OutboundNotification.NotificationToolbar.OnExecute Name
If they remove the attachment, they can send the notification
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following step:
- Navigate to Help Desk > Search Cases
- Open an existing Case, click Notification
- Send a notification with multiple attachments
