E-CRM: Page and Field Configurator Not Working Properly for Mandatory Field on “Triage Dashboard” Page (Doc ID 3046095.1)

Symptoms

 

Page and Field Configurator does not work as expected on the Triage Dashboard page.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Page and Field Configurator @ Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator:

    a. Add value for the component: RC_AGT_QKUPDAT_FL
    b. Add Page field ‘Provider group’ make it “Mandatory”
    c. Apply Configuration

2.Configure and Navigate to “Agent Triage Dashboard”

3. Click on the “Quick Update”
4. Modify the Case -> Clear the Provider Group and Save.
5. The application let to save the page and the Provider Group is showing empty.
