E-PIA: CK Editor/ HTML Editor/ Rich Text Editor Font Size Changes Do Not Render Properly in the PeopleSoft Page

Symptoms
Using the Rich Text Editor (RTE) to set font size to different sizes shows them as the same regardless of which font size is selected.
The font size shows correctly in the editor but displays as the same size (Default) in the application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Rich Text Editor for a page. For example: Recruiting Homepage > Recruiting Activities > Search Job Openings > Open a Job Opening > Job Posting.
2. Set the fonts to different sizes (Tiny, Small, Default, Big, Huge) in the editor.
3. Open the page and notice that the text are displayed with the same size.
