E-PIA: PIA Page Hangs Generating Query Offsets on the Time Zones Page (Doc ID 3046326.1)

Symptoms

When generating Query Offsets on the Time Zones page, the PIA page (and system) hang.

 

Replication steps:

  1. Log into PIA, and navigate to PeopleTools > Utilities > International > Time Zones
  2. Click on the "Generate Query Offsets" push button.
  3. Select the following:
  4. Start Date: 01/01/2009
  5. End Date: 12/31/2025
  6. Save, and observe that the page spins forever.
