View Receipts Icon On The Requisition Lifeline Doesn't Show Any Receipts Information For Any User Other Than The Requester (Doc ID 3046588.1)

Symptoms


Receipt icon on the requisition life line page doesn't show up any receipt if you sign in with a user other than the requester, however all other icons on the life line page works correctly and showing information even for other users other than the requester.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to eProcurement > My requisition tile and choose any requisition that has different requester than the user you signed in with.
  2. Press on the receipt icon.
  3. Nothing will display and receipt will not be shown.
  4. Press on any other icon on the same page and the information will be displayed.
