E-UPD: While Creating a Change Package in Change Assistant for CRM, It Fails with Error "Change Package was not created, see invalid File References" (Doc ID 3046713.1)

Symptoms

While applying image update from CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 9.2 Image 21, creating change package in change assistant fails with below error -

Change Package was not created, see invalid File References

Invalid File Reference(ID-COM_PEOPLESOFT_CRM_OMK_JAR, Type Code-CLASS):File cannot be found in PI home
Invalid File Reference(ID-COM_PEOPLESOFT_CRM_OMK_JAR, Type Code-CLASSES):File cannot be found in PI home
Invalid File Reference(ID-CRM_OMK_WL_EAR, Type Code-ARCHIVE):File cannot be found in PI home


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload target database on PUM.
2. Define a change package and start creating it in change assistant.
3. Notice the error while creating new change package.
4. Files are expected to be available on pi_home\omk. But there’s no omk folder inside pi_home.
