Symptoms
When attempting to to clone and environment, the following error occurs.
Unexpected character [ s ] at position [ 671 ]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into PeopleSoft Cloud Manager
2. Goto Environments
3. Select Clone Environment from drop down list.
