On Checklist Table Page, Display Checklist Items Grid Is Hidden In Correction/Include History Mode (Doc ID 3047654.1)

User reviewing an existing Checklist Code in Campus community find the grid  SCC_CKLSITM_STA which lists the   'Display Checklist items' on the lower left of the  page 'Checklist Table'  (CS_CHKLST_TABLE)  will sometimes not display.

The grid on the lower left  appears  hidden on checklist codes page when the oldest effective dated row for the checklist code is not flagged as 'display in self service'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the page Setup SA CR > Common Definitions > Checklist > Checklist Table and select the delivered ADMA checklist code.

2. Add a new effective dated row to the ADMA check list and see the grid/group box "Display Check list items" with the status options of Initiated , Received.

3. Go to the original effective dated row for ADMA and turn off the 'display in self service " check box and see the grid/group box "Display Check list items" with the status options of Initiated , Received disappear on all rows of ADMA.
