Symptoms
When a Canadian French Language user selects to print the Benefits Statement, some of the columns are not translated. For example Relationship, Marital status. The online version is working fine.
Steps to replicate:
1. Log in as a Canadian French Language user.
2. Navigate to employee self service > Benefits Details > Benefits Statements.
3. Select a prepared statement and view it online to see all columns have been translated.
4. Click Print to see some of the columns are not translated.
