Symptoms
User receives the below mentioned Error while selecting Affiliations icon after Configurable Search is applied.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Utilities > Manage Configurable Search
2. Enter Student Program/Plan in Search Content References field
3. Select option for Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
4. Scroll down to Search Criteria and Results Options
5. Select Load Fields
6. Select Result Fields tab
7. Locate Field Name = SEX and slide Include in Results from Yes to No
8. Scroll up to Preview and Save
9. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Career and Program Information > Student Program/Plan
10.Search for a student with Affiliations assigned
11.On Student Program/Plan page select the Affiliations icon
12.View Error/Message that prevents access to Affiliations page in modal window
