E-PRCS: Process Monitor Page Displays Intermittent "Error 500--Internal Server Error" When Accessed (Doc ID 3048128.1)

Symptoms

The below error message is observed when navigating to the Process Monitor page


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the Peoplesoft environment. 
2. Navigate to Peopletools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor.
3. Observe the error message is being displayed once the page is accessed the second time.
