Symptoms
When attempting to access Reporting Tools > Insights, the following error is displayed in the browser.
{"message":"User authentication failed: orcl_auth_plugin_exception: [orcl_auth_plugin_exception] Reason: User authentication failed","statusCode":401,"error":"Unauthorized"}
The issue was reproducible in the customer site with the following steps:
1. Login and navigate to Reporting Tools > Insights.
2. Observe the error in the browser.
