Symptoms

On : 9.2 HRMS apps

Page signing out after a tools upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
 
1. Login as administrator, navigate to Workforce Planning tile > Go to Data Entry - > Adjustment/Implementation. Choose custom in select layout and in population selection select any option , click refresh data.
2. The page continues to spin and getting logged out after some time.
 
Case 2:
1. Login as administrator, navigate to Main Menu > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt. > Absence & Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Load Element Trace
2. The page getting signed out.
 


Changes

 PSFT Setup was moved to a different server box during upgrade.
