E-WF: Notify Button Doesn't Send Email Notification When Using OPRID/USERID as Recipient After PeopleTools 8.61 Upgrade (Doc ID 3048995.1)

Symptoms

Site upgraded to PT8.61 and the Notify button stopped working - it doesn't send email notification. On further testing, it sends the email notification if an Email Address is used as the recipient. However, if the OPRID/USERID is used instead, email is not sent and it doesn't even generate the smtp logs.



Sample Replication
-----------------------

1. Login to PIA > Process Monitor > Click on Notify button.
2. In the drop down list, choose OPRID/USERID as the email recipient.
3. Click Send.
