Symptoms
While trying to use the new Name Format Type feature for Netherlands, observed that field 'NAME_ROYAL_PREFIX' does not have a preferred version.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Setup Common Objects> Foundation Tables> Personal> Name Format Types.
2. Search after Format Using 'NLD'.
3. Note that the preferred field for Royal Prefix does not exist.
